Mall of the Emirates has announced the opening of 15 new stores and spaces, including new international brands and regional concepts. As part of the mall’s expansion programme, more than 100 additional stores are set to open in the near future.
Some of the new outlets will begin operations in December and January. By the end of January 2026, Mall of the Emirates will welcome Dubai’s first store of the US cosmetics brand Ulta Beauty. The mall has also opened the city’s largest store of the French chain Sephora, offering an extensive range of perfumes and cosmetics.
Among the new and refreshed fashion brands is H&M, which has launched a large flagship store featuring interactive zones, as well as returning and expanded spaces from Victoria’s Secret, Louis Vuitton and Rolex.
The British fragrance brand Jo Malone London and shapewear label Skims, founded by Kim Kardashian, are set to open their stores by the end of December, with Skims making its regional offline retail debut.
In January, boutiques of the minimalist brand COS, Swiss watchmaker Omega and Italian jewellery house Vhernier are expected to open. In the sportswear segment, Gymshark has recently launched a store offering, among other items, a modestwear collection developed specifically for the UAE.
Beyond retail, Mall of the Emirates is also expanding its dining, wellness and cultural offerings. In January, the BRĒD bakery and restaurant will open, focusing on sourdough-based dishes and casual dining. Meanwhile, the Gray Wellness Centre, covering around 2,300 square metres and specialising in fitness, recovery and healthy living, has opened at Kempinski Mall of the Emirates.
