Abu Dhabi’s Zayed International Airport knows exactly what’s on your mind this summer—enjoying some well-earned holiday. But with great holidays, usually comes huge stress, especially where exorbitant fees are concerned. So Zayed International’s reduced summer parking fees could not have come at a better time.

Abu Dhabi Airport usually charges Dhs15 for up to 15 minutes, Dhs125 for up to 24 hours and Dhs100 for each additional day. But, with their new offer, travellers who park for 14 days will save up to Dhs1000.

The parking spots, which can be booked online, will cost just Dhs225 for 2-3 days, Dhs325 for 4-7 days and Dhs400 for 8-14 days. The promotion has already started so anyone hoping to have a last-minute trip abroad for Eid Al Adha is in luck.

And convenience is the aim of the game for Zayed International because car spaces are just “two minutes” away from the departure drop-off. The announcement comes after a notable sequence of airport updates, as Zayed International set its focus on improving flight connections and customer experience. Most recently, they expanded travel to two popular destinations via India’s IndiGo airline, who announced Chandigarh and Kannur would have increased flights by 50 per cent.

Despite being only a few years old, the airport continues to progress. Just last year, the airport was also awarded the title of the world’s leading airport operator by The World Travel Awards, overtaking other notable airports; The Airports Company South Africa, Kenya Airports Authority, Los Angeles World Airports, Malaysia Airports and Oman Airports.
