Heart of Europe is a proposed project within Dubai’s wider World Islands development. The US$5bn destination includes 15 hotels and six man-made islands envisioned to transport visitors to a range of famed European destinations.

While plans continue to shift and change, the official Kleindienst website currently names all 15 hotels and provides details for them. This includes the underwater hotel, the Tsar Hotel and even a one-key seven-star hotel for newly-weds.

Monaco de Dubai is a boutique hotel located on the Côte d’Azur beach, incorporating key elements of the French Riviera’s architecture and design. The beachfront property is planned to be an adult-only hotel, with a champagne bar planned.

Developers describe the hotel as: “Venice Hotel will bring the charm and culture of Venice to the seas of Dubai. It will offer seven-star accommodation and dining experiences both above and below the water.”
