Attention party animals, the world-famous Lío Ibiza is opening in Dubai.

The cabaret turned nightclub is opening its doors at the brand new FIVE LUXE, JBR hotel that’s opening in Jumeirah Beach Residence later this year.

Lío Ibiza is owned by Pacha and is known for its avant-garde take on cabaret. After initially opening in Ibiza, the concept has outlets in London, Las Vegas and Mykonos.

Performances at the clubs see international dancers, singers and musicians putting on a wild show. Post-show, the venue is turned into a nightclub where famous DJs play their sets way into the early hours.

Its Dubai iteration will be situated off-shore in a purpose-built dome. Known as the ‘Pearl of Dubai’, the venue will span 35,000 sq ft. Designed to look like a ‘floating shell emerging from the sea’, the structure will add a new element to Jumeirah Beach Residence’s skyline.

The UAE version will be a dinner and show concept curated by Pacha’s creative director, bringing the same unconventional entertainment. There will also be a large waterfall cascading from the roof to the back of the stage, adding to the aquatic theme of the building.

Opening later this year, FIVE LUXE, JBR will have 222 rooms and suites, along with 275 residential apartments and a number of restaurants.

Situated on a 14,000 sq ft stretch of private beach, there will also be a Beach Club and Social Pool that, much like the other two FIVE properties, will host parties.
