St. Regis Dubai, The Palm has taken its room inventory offline for a refurbishment, with major booking channels listing the hotel as closed from April 12, 2026, to August 31 2026.

Marriott’s property notice flags a refurbishment project from mid-April 2026 and advises that certain areas will not be available to guests during the works. This was first reported by Hotelier Middle East.
