Jumeirah Group has announced bookings are now open for its latest ultra-luxury development Marsa Al Arab, with the superyacht-inspired resort set to welcome its first guests on March 14, 2025.
Located on a prime peninsula next to Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab, the new property represents one of the city’s most significant hospitality launches in recent years, featuring 386 rooms, suites and penthouses, each with panoramic terraces overlooking either the Arabian Gulf or city skyline.
Designed by Shaun Killa, the architect behind Dubai’s Museum of the Future, the nautical-themed resort will house an extensive food and beverage portfolio comprising 11 restaurants and four bars under one roof.
“Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab inspires endless possibilities – from exquisitely designed rooms and residences, to glistening pools, sandy beaches, rejuvenating wellness experiences, and extraordinary cuisine – all infused with the warmth of Arabian hospitality,” the group said in its newsletter announcement to customers.
The development’s luxury credentials extend to a three-storey Talise spa, four swimming pools, and a private beach. A notable feature is its superyacht marina, complementing the property’s maritime-inspired architecture.
The residential component includes one, two, and three-bedroom residences, which the group describes as embodying “elegant beachfront living” with wraparound terraces and “ultra-modern amenities” set amid landscaped gardens.
For UAE residents, the property will offer special “Exceptional Staycations” packages, while GCC visitors can access exclusive benefits through the “Jumeirah Breaks” programme.
The launch adds another landmark to Dubai’s luxury hospitality scene, with Jumeirah positioning the property as a “bold new chapter” in its portfolio of premium hotels and resorts.
Reservations for stays from March 14, 2025, can be made through the group’s website or by contacting their dedicated booking line.
