The Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) has launched the "External Vehicle Service," which lets customers complete their transactions without leaving their cars.

This service includes updating bank cards, applying for assistance, updating ID information, and issuing employment status certificates, all done in under five minutes. This shows the department’s commitment to providing quick and efficient community services.

The Sharjah Social Services Department continues to work on offering the best services to the public from their vehicles. Transactions like updating bank cards, replacing lost cards, checking assistance requests, updating Emirates ID data, and getting non-employment certificates are completed in just minutes for a smooth and easy experience.

The external vehicle service has simplified many routine procedures for beneficiaries. Transactions are completed in less than five minutes without requiring individuals to leave their vehicles or enter the department building, greatly easing their experience.

The service is offered in the department’s outdoor area, where a dedicated employee efficiently manages electronic services, ensuring a smooth and accessible process for everyone.

The service, part of the Customer Service Centre, primarily serves elderly visitors, people with disabilities, their families, and various other community members. It has significantly contributed to simplifying procedures, saving time and effort, and positively impacting user satisfaction and happiness.
