The external vehicle service has simplified many routine procedures for beneficiaries. Transactions are completed in less than five minutes without requiring individuals to leave their vehicles or enter the department building, greatly easing their experience.

The service is offered in the department’s outdoor area, where a dedicated employee efficiently manages electronic services, ensuring a smooth and accessible process for everyone.

The service, part of the Customer Service Centre, primarily serves elderly visitors, people with disabilities, their families, and various other community members.
